GUARANTEE
We are confident that our beds will give many years of problem-free service but we provide a 12 months guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship.
Should a fault develop within 12 months of delivery date and it is agreed that the fault is the result of substandard materials of workmanship, we will either repair or replace the part free of charge. Should a fault have developed due to misuse or negligence, we will offer to repair the fault at cost of materials and shipping only.
HOW TO BUY
You may purchase any bed very easily through the buy now pages. However, for customisation please contact us to confirm your requirements first – (Harrogate and Belgravia only). Payments are accepted by credit card via PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account. In some circumstances, where a special price has been agreed, we will send you a PayPal link/button or invoice. We can accept cheques but funds must clear before we can accept the order.

MAKING
Every Pony Bed is made to order in-house using materials sourced from local suppliers. The timber is all hand-selected to ensure only high quality stock is used in your bed and every process is completed with real care and sensitivity that only hand-craftsmanship gives. The complicated painting process involves state-of-the-art pigmented lacquers that are not only bright and vibrant but extremely resilient and washable. Every bed is actually made, finished and assembled before being dismantled a and packing to ensure problem-free assembly at your home.
DIMENSIONS
Currently, the Richmond is only available as a 3ft single but the Harrogate Pony Beds are available in the various standard sizes below. In addition, both the Harrogate and Belgravia are fully customisable. This means that you may modify your bed in any way imaginable to suit your mattress and room. For example, some customers have requested specific clearance underneath the bed to accommodate wheeled storage boxes. Side wings are detachable on all beds so you place your bed against a wall.
COLOURS
All beds are available in the standard six colours but for a small charge, we are able to colour-match. Please call to discuss this option before ordering. We are able to match any proprietary colours such as Dulux etc or a RAL colour if necessary.
DELIVERY
Every bed is hand-made to order but even during busy periods, we promise to deliver your bed within the time scale stated on our home page at the time of ordering except for the Belgravia which may take longer to source certain woods. Where possible, we handle delivery and free assembly ourselves; deliveries farther afield will be made by courier. Assembly is quick and simple as you can see below. The wings of the Richmond are screwed on with metal plates as opposed to the fixing method shown on the Harrogate in the video.
